R3 Design designed this modular slat-wall shoe shelf, initially for Taylor Made, Adidas's golf brand, but it has since been purchased by numerous clients within the footwear sector, including Nike. The real beauty of this design is its functionality. Though essentially a regular shoe fixture shelf, high profile branding can be applied to it in numerous locations, such as the base plate and rear section, and it also provides an 'artificial grass' effect base to provide a true sports feel. It offers a stunning graphical merchandising effect when used as a vertical column in-store on a wall.

The shelf unit also incorporates an adjustable rotational ticket strip for the consumer to look at the details and prices point at the correct viewing angle. Since its development, several thousand units have been delivered across Europe for installation in a variety of retailers' outlets. |
