Professional Project management services are not easy to find. That is why we set out at R3 Design to utilise the vast experience of the many projects we have been involved in to develop the core competence of project management delivery, and it's an area where our experience really does show.

Again, we have provided a full range of project management services to a large number of clients across a variety of sectors. Services offered by our experienced project management team include:

  • Undertaking surveys of clients' existing retail outlets to establish a current benchmark of point of sale and display arrangements. (we have proberly surveyd over 2000 premises on our travels)
  • Evaluating third party equipment and services to gain a full insight and understanding with regard to their ultimate placement and location in store - How many times have things procurred from different sources not fitted correctly on site?
  • Retail store planning, including the production of full 3D design layouts...the next best thing to being in the store itself. - from Jan 2009 we can also print 3D floor plans on our Rapid Prototype machine !
  • Contract Management.
  • Supply Chain Management and costing.
  • Managing the process for achieving building approvals and consents.
