As you would expect our in-house retail design and development team are fully trained and highly competent in all aspects of technical design. Experienced in Processes such as Injection Moulding, Vacuum Forming, Metal Sheet and Tube , Timber production, ALuminium Casting, Extrusion Design and Printing processes. However, and unusually in our marketplace, they also possess strong commercial skills and understanding. This ensures that, as well as producing the optimum practical and visual solution, they also operate with a consistent focus on project delivery lead-times and, vitally, costs. This is one of our services we continue to offer to our Large Retail based clients to ensure they receive the best value from any incumbant supply chain.

We apply the latest technology to all of our design and development work, utilising a range of CAD packages, including SolidWorks 2009, The latest CADCAM software also.
Our team of designers possess skills covering a range of technical disciplines such as Injection Moulding, Metal Fabrication, Timber fabrication, Extrusions, Vacuum forming, Print and Packaging. We also apply an approach that views the design project from both front end and back end, to ensure that, logistically, the design and development project is a success.
We also ensure that the complete design and development project is fully mapped out in robust and detailed technical documents. This ensures that our customers and any involved suppliers have a full and explicit view of the project throughout each of its phases, with the ultimate benefit being speedier and more accurate delivery.
